Today I am grateful for a very specific one way transaction. Darkness can not overcome light. Only light can overcome darkness. One can not dark up a lit room, but one can light up a dark room. I'm also grateful for Dr Wyatt and the prison yoga project who bring yoga into jails and prisons in Arizona. But not just asanas, they taught all 8 limbs of yoga. These are very special people who do very special work. I'm also grateful for periphery, mosh pits and headbanging. \m/
