Integrity can be defined simply as doing he right thing when no one is looking and despite adversity.
There's and old story about a Chinese emperor who didn't have children and was to select his heir among children in his village. He gave all the children a flower pot with a seed in it and they were to grow it for a year and return for inspection. One child watered and tended his plant daily and there was no progress...no sprout. He was taunted by all the other kids who had flourishing flowers but still did what he was supposed to do and watered daily. When they returned to the emperor he told the village he had boiled every seed so they wouldn't grow. He selected the child who still returned with an empty pot to be his heir because he knows that integrity is the best quality of a leader. All the other kids had replaced with a different seed.
Today I'm going to be true to everyone I come in contact with. I have nothing to hide anymore.
Today I'm happy I am free, today I'm happy I can live a life of integrity. I still have a lot of wreckage to work through but i will accept it and move forward to the best of my abilities. Today I am not afraid. I am grateful for support, integrity, truth.
