There is a variety of things that can conjure positive feelings of appreciation or gratitude.
- Today I woke up to an alarm clock that I set and not by having a D.O. scream at me "line up for chow"
- Today I'm going to run. Outside. By myself. With real shoes on.
- Today I'm going to take a shower with real soap, real shampoo, and use old spice deodorant and not "g force power up roll on" . I can adjust the temperature of the water.
Today I am grateful.
